Wilson, NC is booming, and we are excited to be part of the burgeoning downtown scene. Our first Wilson project, Whirligig Station, opened its doors in 2019, and now houses 93 apartments plus commercial space. When the old Charles L. Coon High School property came available in 2021, we knew we couldn’t pass up the opportunity. We’ve embarked on a top to bottom renovation of the 57 apartment units, taking care to restore historic features while making long-overdue repairs and upgrades.
