This old school was burning a hole in the Town of Cape Charles’ metaphorical pockets. Waukeshaw proposed a renovation into 17 residential units and the Town responded, rezoning the property in 2012. Just a few blocks from the Chesapeake Bay and set among the breezy, beautiful architecture of residential Cape Charles, this project opened in August 2015.
