Located behind our HQ building and catty corner to Trapeizum, we’ve literally been eyeing this property for years. When the previous owners relocated their storage and moving business, we were eager for the opportunity to bring new life to the structure. Our historic tax credit project will transform the building into 69 new market-rate apartments and invigorate this historic corner of Old Towne Petersburg.
