Drawing on our experience in restaurant hospitality and multi-family development and management, we opened our first Airbnb property in 2020. In 2021, we renovated the original farmhouse at Camp Trapezium transforming it into an 8 suite Airbnb, available for rental by the room or the entire house. Our most recent offering is The Nottoway House, a 34 unit short-stay building located in Blackstone, VA. We offer two suites at The Nottoway House on Airbnb, which feature all the amenities you could need within walking distance of downtown Blackstone.
