Drawing on our experience in restaurant hospitality and multi-family development and management, we opened our first Airbnb property in 2020, the Poolhouse at Winton Farm. In 2021, we renovated the original farmhouse at Camp Trapezium transforming it into an 8 suite Airbnb, available for rental by the room or the entire house. In the summer of 2022 we debuted the Orchardview Retreat, a stunning 5 bedroom home overlooking the Peaks of Otter located on 15 acres amidst peach and apple orchards. Just a 10 minute drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 20 minutes to Downtown Bedford, this is the perfect location for a true mountain getaway. Our most recent offering is The Nottoway House, a 34 unit short-stay building located in Blackstone, VA. We offer two suites at The Nottoway House on Airbnb, which feature all the amenities you could need within walking distance of downtown Blackstone.
