This old Ice and Coal factory was a mess. Beat up, overgrown, rained in and neglected, there was long a feeling of hopelessness hanging over this heap of bricks. We had a new vision for the factory: we converted one half into market-rate apartments, and the other half into Trapezium Brewing, a 30-bbl production brewery. In the vicinity of the Harbor, the Farmer’s Market, and the Civic Center, this multi-use development is a great addition to the up-and-coming area.
